July Brew Night
The next Brew night is scheduled for 8pm on July 16th. The IPA from last time will be ready to drink and we’ll brew up a new batch of something for fall. Maybe a porter? Anyone have a favorite fall beer they’d like to try making?

Bottle Day

First the good news. The Rye IPA fermented nicely down to a 1.020SG. That should make it around 6% ABV. It’ll have plenty of flavor and hoppiness (there you go JRD!) and yet be light enough to drink on a summer/early fall evening.

Honey Rye Pale Ale
Had a nice brew night with some friends. I’m not sure how this batch will come out–I added some more hops and some DME and some more grain and I am pleased with the recipe, but I’m still figuring out how my software works on some level.
