July Brew Night

The next Brew night is scheduled for 8pm on July 16th. The IPA from last time will be ready to drink and we’ll brew up a new batch of something for fall. Maybe a porter? Anyone have a favorite fall beer they’d like to try making?

We still have quite a bit of the Wheat Ale for those who didn’t make it last month–I’m going to work on that one because it didn’t come out as well as I’d like. If you try it and can help diagnose that’d be great . Don’t get me wrong–it’s still better than most beer you can get in the store, but it needs more flavor. I’ll try a different yeast and some other things to see if we can’t get more flavor out of the wheat.
