Steam Beer

The Steam Beer is put up and, Lord willing, is fermenting and will be ready to bottle next week sometime. OG is 1.052, and it should end up at about 5.5% ABV.
We had a good turnout for brew night and everyone had a good time and with the 45 minute boil recipe we got done at a decent hour.
