This is a journal of one homebrewer in central IL, trying to keep track of a growing hobby of mine.  I’m not very good at it yet, and I continue to learn.  There are some links to other beer sites in the sidebar, and you’ll find more there than you’ll learn here, but you might find some excitement of a new brewer (less than 2 years and less than 20 batches as I start this blog) that just might be contagious.
